More and more organisations across all sectors now use social media as their main platform to stay in touch with clients. It’s essential to have a social media procedure in place so that your organisation can keep its profile high, on whatever scale, and stay in touch with its service users.


The workshop will be delivered by Butterfly Marketing Ltd, one of Communities 1st Better Business members. They are experts in producing social media campaigns in both the private and 3rd Sector and have worked with a number of not-for-profit organisations in the past.


The workshop will cater to absolute beginners as well as organisations that would like to review and improve their current social media procedures. There will be an interactive element to the workshop so whatever your needs are, you will be able to access the support and advice that you need.
