There are no specific skills or qualifications that are essential, as we are an amateur drama group.
We rehearse on a Monday and Friday evening, 7.30pm - 10pm at the Unit in Cheshunt. We perform 3 or 4 shows a year. This normally starts with a Pantomime in January and then we perform a play, one-act plays or a small musical show in the spring and/or summer and again in the autumn. We perform either at Goffs Oak Village Hall or Wolsey Hall. We currently have about 50 members in the society and we are a real collective of ages, backgrounds and experience. We are a friendly society and welcome new members. There is plenty for people to do and get involved in regardless of previous experience. We also hold a number of social and fundraising events through year, such as quiz nights, race nights, theatre trips and meals out.
